107th Entry; 82nd Entry Part II

This entry is extracted from 06Apr06

Since I am studying IS&ET. I created a new entry although copy and paste version but who knows it will be useful in future.

[Story]
Take for example. My beloved Daddy who went back to Factory after paying respect to my late grandparents. He asked his worker to clean up the place but they didn't do.
So my dad although feeling tired but still picks up the broom and dustband and tidy up the place. Didn't aware the new machinery didn't have a protection for don't what power supply thing.. As in the wire ...
He got electric-shock. He shouted for help for quite sometime. But nobody came to the rescue. Eventhough there are still human beings at the factory. Daddy explains that he thought that his journey of life will ended that very moment... No more energy to shout and fall hard on the ground. Lied on the floor for quite sometime. I greatly believed that my late grandparents was there to help. That's why they didn't take daddy away.

[Solutions]
I went to search for information about electric shock. To rescue people who is in contact with electricity.
Firstly, must use a non-electric conductor material to break the person and the source of electricity.
Another way is simply stop the electric supply the main switch or power supply.

Anyway, I am really thankful that my dad is still alive. After that incident, I feel that there are things that we human being couldn't control which is Death. In terms of Health, we know what is prevention but knowing doesn't mean people will take actions to prevent.

In terms of safety, I only know some minor precautions. Still remember that there is this gentlemen who came to NYP to give a talk regarding the new course about safety in the industries. No doubt I believe this will be another good prospect course! Yeah! While cleaning up my room last week, I found the brochure. Will think about taking this course!
