Excel ! I mean Microsoft Excel. My attachment in SGS seems like improved my M.Excel skills. It was before attachment, I saw that M.Excel actually can have added functions to enhance the document.

I finally know how to use Autofilter after some trials and errors. Hm.. Oh I recalled. It's my 3rd Bro who taught me how to apply Autofilter.

Monday Bluez? Sort of. Not me but someone which seems like a pain in all the lab analysts a*s ... I mean the workforce in the lab. Recalled back. One of the Monday, he passed me a list of Volatile Organic Chemicals. Total we have 21 V.O.C

very easy very simple - his pet's name I think
asked me to take out the Merck and Sigma Aldrich thick thick chemical list and find the items
-price of the smallest pack
-Chromatography grade

Browsing the thick product catalogue took me quite sometime to figure which one is the right one. With my 0.0000000001% laboratory experience or chemicals grade experience I see GC grade or LC grade I note down.

ONE THING.. He gave me this task at the eleventh hour. NO DOUBT. I kalang kabot. Asked here and there to find alternatives. da da da... Got a Merck CD rom and my workload decrease, productivity increase [sounds rather familiar ar?]

Brought home the CD rom to complete the rest just in case he demand from me in the next morning

ganjiong liting gave slow shu mei this idea of better be kiasu than be ignorant. better be safe than be sorry. [ I admit I likes to play word games]

think back i did not regret to do those task at home. why? in the co. they don't give us internet access. pc access also need the ppl there to login for us til this kind lady decided to share her login id w us. google it google it lolx.

part II of monday bluez

It's Monday again. O.S.I.M (sms tt lt send)
gave me this task at the eleventh hour again. show me an example of how to do it. He didn't performed well, he seems uncertain. he blah blah blah don't know how many paragraphs or phrases was out. I only manage to catch a few words of his. Ang Moh not localised one. What to do? Just do lor. Anyway 4 months only. *1/3 of the year*

thanks mr goh too. he injected a strong vaccine that prepared us to face this *war/bird-flu** [hard to get good boss nowadays is what he informed us before attachment!]
Demoralise at times But true motivations come from ownself. got up quickly every now and then when feeling of giving up.

Counting down to the end of SGS days. I'll missed the colleagues for sure.

in short, I just want to thanks my 3rd Brother who taught me how to use autofilter and freeze panes. Easy but I don't know until today! thanks lt too. one of the lead in my blog sia~

I used too much excel til my eyes hurt. IA from TP keep laughing at me using PC. Excel Pro.. sounds like a compliment? Only God knows. Even can crack a joke from excel. saying if someone offer you to be admin for 10K per month you want or not?
