85th Entry:- CPTC updates

HEy this is going to be the 3rd week of CPTC training. Coming Thursday is our mid term test. Gosh.. currently leading a busy life in Jurong Island. 12pm reach there copying til 4pm 1 hr lunch break til 5pm. But as u know, we have kan chiong queens in the group. ( Kuai Le Peng You Men) haha.. so usually we reach our tutorial room around 4.45pm latest. Why So Early? Talk To DEnnis Tan Shi Quan. Our good looking and funny ah beng trainer. Also graduated from our Poly. Haha. Nice trainer.

1st 3 days is 8am to 6pm? Can't remember... just remember I reach home n sleep very early. Coz it is just too tiring. No practical for the 1st 3 days. Thursday : Line Tracing Friday : Fire Water system if i am not wrong.

Monday : Cooling Water System due to bad weather we end early too.

Tuesday : Tank Gauging
Climb 9 Platforms column.. woohoo..
that day in the bus.. as usual our happy friends made the most noise. Hm.. some say ah boon this some say ah boon that and one say ah boon look like column.. oh ya.. Initial D also pop out ... haha..


Wednesday : Sampling.
Cooling water. Kerosene Oil . AOC sample
Caught the 1st timer Dennis who didn't switch on the 'On' power for the distillation equipment. lolx... well done !! haha... then we do flash point testing.. guess got some mistakes that's why also didn't turn out well.. last one is the pH test conductivity test.using the multi-parameter meter. Cool.. all equipment sponsored by Nanyang Polytechnic. The Innovative Polytechnic. That day..... got bully by kawan melayu. Hafiz.. don't think i don't know you hide my helmet. oh. apologize to my sista for mistaken u!! Dian n Diam which one. Ask Joe and he will tell you.Missed NYP's canteen for once. haha. Because the food at CPTC canteen is expensive and not really that delicious except for the spagetti that i've tried for the 2nd time in my life having their food. haha.

Thursday : Pigging System
Not for our muslim friends? Nahz... this pigging and that real pig is two different pigs. This pig is not edible.. it looks like a cylindrical sharp cone. sorry for the limited vocab. haha.. poor elaboration i know. haha.. compressible to certain extent. purpose is to clean or clear the debris that is inside the pigging system. Pig Launcher n Pig Receiver. Benefits is.... it will prolong the lifespan of the piping system and guarantee maximum ...... ... minimum downtime..... lol
